You know, Meg, since I've been born and living in Portugal, I cannot be called a xenophobe if I say anything against the Portuguese-speaking communities — I'm part of them myself... :)

But I would definitely be a xenophobe if I called *Americans* "arrogant and presumptuous"... which I never did.

In any case, that's hardly the point, isn't it? I was talking about the communities of my fellow native speakers who did have organised groups and whole sims crammed full of pirated content. I've been there; I've seen their shops and malls; I've reported on them. I'm sure there are more like that in other communities, but I haven't been in those to see; I did only report about my own language group.

*** There is a very large group of Brazilians and Portuguese copybotters, some of them quite organised, with whole sims with pirated content — well documented, pictured, and abuse reported, but they act as organised rings, popping up one day, gone the next, setting up shop again, and disappearing after a few thousand sales. Gwen Carillon managed to break down one ring, but there are more. ***

The NERVE of some stupid xenophobes.

I'll have you know that the biggest organization behind the creation of copy-bot machines, as well as the biggest organization for SALES of stolen content, are from the oh-so-mighty, holier-than-thou, arrogant and presumptions AMERICANS.

Don't take my word for it, go and investigate yourselves, if you claim to be oh-so-good in breaking chains and uncovering frauds, before posting xenophobic comments about other people and other people's countries.

Ok now heres a bit more help because I got serious knowledge on this game.

Now this is where people can get your passwords. In open source viewers you want to mainly look in llstartup.cpp or llpanelogin.cpp you can ask any other viewer creators about this. There no other place to get it other then the login request. They can write the function in another file but it still have to be called in llstartup or llpanellogin

This is still nothing. People can do worse not just steal your sl password but what I posted above is for the LL password.

Pretty much they can do anything since its C++. I do not complain to have done any of this but I am being helpful to you.

How can people steal your im. Im open source viewers. Go look at llviewermessage.cpp and look for process_improved_im. In that function under there a person can make it so if a person does a typing stop or typing start or any kind of im which will make this work grid wide. They can steal you im info. They can steal your grid position cordinates (LL used to let you do it to anyone before 1.20 till some idiot sold a bot on slex that does it but emerald also has an option to do it for objects so people are scared of using object llinstantmessages now thanks to that. They can pretty much do anything to you by im there.

You think I make these viewer in sl. I did sl a favor by making some of this shit open source gyneth. LL can have something to fix anytime they want to. I see a shit load of bugs in emerald, I can ruin it any day. I already did that for the friendship disvolve shit. You were annoying people by detecting a person when they send u friendship delete packet. So I spammed it back on you. I still see several loopholes in emerald. Majority of the dev of emerald have been total assholes to me.

Gywneth, I am not going to complain who made what. If you looked at most of the closed source viewer abilities you still see that what I added out was nothing.

I did a favor to cryolife by making that patch. I totally annliated it on my free view. Since cryolife is looking for a few things in order for it to crash or even get detected. I provided that people should be thankful for me getting rid of it. But if I wanted in a day I can reenable cryolife back into the grid without doing anything.

All one has to do is disable the clothing protection and do something about the typing stops enabled in the viewer and one can seriously clean it up and make it work again. In the debug settings of cryolife all one has to do is turn clothing protection off and done they are undetectable.

I also laugh at the emerald team for how they ruined it for everyone else. If someone for example turns off clothing protection to avoid detect them. You can still detect them. Thats why he created clothing protection and set the detection up. One can always detect them. Its in the code. llprimitive.cpp. Even when off you can access the keys when placed there which does ruin the privacy of which viewer its on. In like a week I can ruin it on my open source viewer if I wanted.

Same goes with clothing protection. People think it does crap for u but it can be broken to steal clothes and clothing textures.

Chalice. All I have to say. All you have been doing is trash talking me and putting blame on me etc. You claimed just on one of the posts you should look at me for who created vlife. You very well know who created vlife. Don't put your lies. You work with them on the emerald team. The proof is even in the emerald source code. Don't pin this on me. As far as I know I been following LL's gpl licensing system. yet you still complain at me. I was also reading sl universe, you admitted that cryogenic blitz did create cryolife. Cmon, now chalice you and me know that some of the emerald team dev also created private source viewers for a cash profit and vlife was one of them. If you are going to blame me for some misconceptions go a head. People tried ruining my project and I have forgiven gwneth. Anyways anything I hand out, its all posted on my blog. So I suggest you go complain at LL to do something about it. I provided them to the code for them to look at it and break it if they want. I am not going to go around rating everyone on the emerald team of who they are and what they created to destroy sl already but yes they did provide copybot in their code along with several other viewer meerkat for example has a copybot. If you didn't want it getting out then why did u release it for prim back up. Thats the same thing I did but I just release the checks. As far as I know I cannot break the tos only the person using it can break tos so I am 100 percent safe there.

Let me make this clear. I didn't give anything big out my self. Gwneth. Look at this. I provided greif protection and nothing wrong with it it just killed half of sl's greifing things. Some of the functions packetwise I gave out which cannot be broken. cb I lifted restrictions for a reason because it was annoying having that resctriction, I just let them use it wisely. Also the ability to open up floaters( toolbars). LL has created floateravatartextures.cpp. I just enabled it. it can let other users from stealing textures in the game. Its not my fault but pretty much sl's for releasing something like that.

As for packetwise shortly I should be handing out a thing that should kill some scripts out there because channels will be revealed. Only people who can fix it is LL. LL gave us an option to either improve sl or break it and it said that on the secondlife wiki when downloading the viewer. Please note no blame falls now me for doing any of this, its the person and how he abuses it.

Only requirement was to follow gpl licensing and I did. LL has designed this system in sl which they can track things on who started it. I was telling you about the orig_creator_id because I used to be able to track it but one of my functions to do it has been broken. But LL can still do it. Also transaction logs still reveal everything. But there is also ways to break another person's transaction logs which many people aren't aware of yet nor I am going to tell them how to.
